Diplomová práce je zaměřena na experimentální zvládnutí metodiky kontaktních testů toxicity na vybraném modelovém organismu žížal Eisenia foetida. Sledovány byly účinky komerčně vyráběných pesticidů obsahující toxické látky (organofosfáty a karbamáty), které způsobují inhibici enzymu acetylcholinesterázy. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on mastering the experimental methodology of contact toxicity tests on the selected model organism earthworm Eisenia foetida. The effects of commercially produced pesticides containing toxic substances (organophosphates and carbamates), which causes inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase were observed.
