Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o poskytovaných sociálních službách v konkrétním domově se zvláštním režimem, jehož cílovou skupinou uživatelů jsou osoby s chronickým duševním onemocnění (osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou). Cílem práce je hlubší sonda do problematiky sociálních služeb prostřednictvím Standardů kvality sociálních služeb. K výzkumu byl vybrán Standard č. 2 Ochrana práv osob. Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapovat a popsat zpracování a naplňování Standardu č. 2 Ochrana práv osob. Teoretická část se zabývá stářím a výskytem demence. Více pozornosti je věnováno Alzheimerově chorobě. Dále jsou v této části zmíněny sociální služby, především Standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Větší pozornost je věnována Stan-dardu č.2 Ochrana práv osob. Teoretická část končí popsáním daných předpokladů, neboli kritéríí pro zavádění Standardů kvality, které musí zařízení poskytující sociální služby splňovat. Tyto předpoklady jsou dále prověřovány v praktické části této bakalářské práce za pomoci příslušných výzkumných metod. Standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Následuje shrnutí, zhodnocení výsledků, diskuze, a závěr. Výstupem bakalářské práce je pak doporučení pro práci sociálních pracovníků ve formě sestavených návrhů které by mohli vést ke zlepšení zavádění a naplňování Standardů kvality sociálních služeb.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the social services provided in specific homes with special regime, whose target user group are people with chronic mental illness (the person with Alzheimer's disease). The aim of the work is a deeper probe into the issue of social services through standards of quality of social services. More attention is paid to the Standard No. 2 - The Protection of the Rights of Individuals. The aim of the research was to map and describe the processing and fulfilment of the Standard No. 2 - The Protection of the Rights of Individuals in comparison with the law No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services and introduction of quality standards of social services into practice. The theoretical part deals with old age and the incidence of dementia. More attention is devoted to Alzheimer's disease. Furthermore, in this section were mentioned social services, in particular the Standards of Quality of Social Servi-ces. Greater attention is paid to the standard No. 2 - The Protection of the Rights of Individuals. The theoretical part ends with description of conditions for the introduction of quality standards, which must be provided by institution which provides social services. These assumptions are further examined in the practical part of this thesis, with the assistance of the relevant research methods. The output of the Bachelor thesis are recommendations for work of social wor-kers in the form of assembled proposals that could lead to improved implementati-on and the fulfilment of the standards of quality of social services. Summary of the evaluation of the results, discussion, and conclusion are following.
