The analysis of tourism in a selected tourist area of the Czech Republic with a focus on families with children

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na cestování rodin s dětmi v turistické oblasti Kutnohorsko a Kolínsko a má za cíl zhodnotit nabídku cestovního ruchu pro rodiny s dětmi v dané oblasti. K dosažení cíle byly stanoveny tři hypotézy, které se týkají nedostatečné nabídky cestovního ruchu pro rodiny s dětmi v dané turistické oblasti, nedostatečného zjištění zájmů a preferencí rodin při plánování rodinných výletů a nedostatečných marketingových aktivit v dané oblasti. Pro potvrzení nebo vyvrácení těchto hypotéz byla použita metoda rozhovoru s rodiči, kteří mají děti a vedoucí oddělení cestovního ruchu a vnějších vztahů Kutné Hory. V rámci práce byla provedena analýza turistické destinace, kde bylo použito rešerše odborné literatury. Na základě rozhovorů byly potvrzené všechny tři hypotézy a navrhnuta doporučení na zlepšení nabídky služeb pro rodiny s dětmi v Kutné Hoře a také zlepšení marketingových aktivit v této oblasti. Výsledky této práce by mohly být užitečné pro místní komunitu, cestovní kanceláře a další zúčastněné subjekty, kteří chtějí zlepšit turistickou nabídku pro rodiny s dětmi v turistické oblasti Kutnohorsko a Kolínsko.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the travel of families with children in the tourist area of Kutnohorsko and Kolínsko and aims to evaluate the tourism offer for families with children in the given area. For this purpose, three hypotheses were established, which relate to the insufficient offer of tourism for families with children in the given tourist area, the insufficient ascertainment of the interests and preferences of families when planning family trips, and the insufficient marketing activities in the given area. In order to confirm or refute these hypotheses, the interview method was used with parents who have children and the head of the department of tourism and external relations of Kutná Hora. As part of the work, an analysis of the tourist destination was carried out, and a search of professional literature was used. Based on the interviews, all three hypotheses were confirmed, and recommendations were made to improve the offer of services for families with children in Kutná Hora as well as marketing activities in this area. The results of this work could be useful for the local community, travel agencies, and other stakeholders who want to improve the tourist offer for families with children in the tourist area of Kutnohorsko and Kolínsko.
