Possibilities and limits of the use of supervision in the management of an organisation with a focus on special regime homes

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pojmy supervize, řízení a kultura organizace ve vzájemném působení a v širších souvislostech. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální stav v problematice a poukázat na možnosti a limity využití supervize v oblasti řízení organizace se zaměřením na domovy se zvláštním režimem a možnost využití práce pro zlepšení řízení zmíněných domovů. Výzkumná část byla realizována kvalitativním výzkumem prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci domovů na různých stupních řízení. V odborné části bylo pracováno s analýzou dokumentů legislativních, statistických a odborných. Přínosem této práce je neobvyklý úhel pohledu na danou problematiku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the concepts of supervision, management and culture of organisation in interaction and in a broader context. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the issue and point out the possibilities and limits of the use of supervision in the field of organisation management with a focus on homes with a special regime and the possibility of using this thesis to improve the management of these homes. The research part was carried out by qualitative research through semi-structured interviews with employees of homes at various levels of management. The professional part worked with the analysis of legislative, statistical and professional documents. The benefit of this thesis is an unusual point of view on the issue.
