Employment at the Police of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována problematice pracovního poměru u Policie České republiky. Stručně se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou Policie ČR. Objasňuje práva, povinnosti a oprávnění příslušníků PČR, strážníků obecní policie, a především náležitostmi pracovněprávního vztahu. Závěr práce je zaměřen na porovnání pracovního poměru s poměrem služebním.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to the issue of employment at the Police in the Czech Republic. It briefly describe the general characteristics of the Police in the Czech Republic. Also clarifies the rights, duties and powers of the members of the Police, police officers and mainly requirements of employment.
