Cílem práce je charakterizovat problematiku HPV infekcí. Práce je zaměřena na epidemiologii, onemocnění způsobené HPV, způsoby léčby a možnosti prevence. Práce podává ucelený přehled o vakcínách, které jsou dnes k dostání na českém trhu. Informuje čtenáře o způsobu použití, výhodách a nevýhodách vakcinace a porovnání jednotlivých vakcín mezi sebou. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to characterize the problem of HPV infection. The thesis focuses on epidemiology, HPV disease, treatment methods and options of prevention. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the vaccines avaible on the Czech market nowadays.
