Therapeutic approach to the early age child with balbuties

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou terapeutických přístupů k dítěti s koktavostí v raném věku. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První tři kapitoly tvoří teoretický základ práce a čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá výzkumným šetřením. V první kapitole jsou objasněny pojmy komunikace, jazykové roviny a narušená komunikační schopnost. Ve druhé kapitole jsou shrnuty informace o příčinách vzniku, symptomech a diagnostice koktavosti. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na terapie koktavosti v jednotlivých obdobích života. Popisuje možné terapeutické přístupy v předškolním věku, v průběhu školní docházky a dospělosti. V praktické části, která tvoří čtvrtou kapitolu diplomové práce, je na případové studii popsán vývoj dítěte a vznik počáteční koktavosti. Dále jsou v práci popsány terapeutické přístupy uplatňovány u sledovaného dítěte. Výzkumné šetření mělo kvalitativní charakter, výsledky šetření byly získány technikami pozorování, analýzami odborných zpráv, rozhovorem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on therapeutic approaches to the early age stuttering child. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first three chapters explain theoretical basis of the thesis and the fourth chapter analyzes a case of the single object design. Chapter one explains the terms communication, language levels and communication disability. Chapter two summarizes information about the causes, symptoms and diagnosis of stuttering. The last theoretical chapter provides information about stuttering therapies for preschool, school age children and adulthood. In the fourth, the practical, chapter is on the single object design described the onset of early childhood stuttering. Farther are described therapeutic methods used during treatment of the monitored girl. The survey results were obtained through the following techniques observation, analysis of the medical reports and interview.
