Effectiveness of Communication on Social Media of Tomas Bata University

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou efektivity komunikácie na sociálnych sieťach Univerzity Tomáša Baťu v Zlíne smerom k súčasným študentom univerzity. Štruktúra bakalárskej práce je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje poznatkom z oblasti sociálnych sietí, marketingu na sociálnych sieťach a obsahového marketingu. V praktickej časti práce je predstavená Univerzita Tomáša Baťu a analyzuje súčasný stav komunikácie na sociálnych sieťach Univerzity Tomáša Baťu. V rámci praktickej časti boli uskutočnené focus groups, ktoré analyzujú vzťah, chovanie a vnímanie komunikácie súčasnými študentmi Univerzity Tomáša Baťu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the effectiveness of communication on social media of Tomas Bata University in Zlín in regard to current students of the university. Content of this bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with information from the field of social networks, marketing on social networks and content marketing. Practical part of this thesis presents the Tomas Bata University and analyzes the current status of communication on the social media of Tomas Bata University. In regards to the practical part, focus groups were realized, which analyzed the relationship, behavior and perception of communication by current students of university.
