V posledných mesiacoch sa plagiátorstvo stalo rozšíreným problémom, najmä v súvislosti s nárastom aplikácií, ktoré sú schopné generovať text veľmi pododný ľudskému. V dôsledku toho sa potreba jednoduchých, efektívnych, ale hlavne spoľahlivých nástrojov na detekciu plagiátorstva stala naliehavou.
