Tato práce popisuje a vysvětluje trestnou činnost příslušníků Policie České republiky prostřednictvím typických a nejčastěji páchaných trestných činů policistů. Vymezuje současnou právní úpravu služebního poměru, v oblasti sankcí za porušení jednání ji srovnává s úpravou budoucí, pojednává také o Etickém kodexu Policie ČR a chování policistů. This work describes and explains the criminal activity of members of the Czech Republic through the typical and the most frequent offences of policemen.
