Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pocitem stresu u seniorů, zjišťuje nejčastější faktor stresu. Odhaluje pocit osamělosti u seniorů, spokojenost s životní úrovní a financemi. Práce také zjišťuje způsoby vyrovnávání seniorů se stresovou zátěží. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na obecnou problematiku stáří a stárnutí, na oblasti psychické zátěže u seniorů. Abstract:
My diploma thesis deals with a feeling of stress by seniors. It identifies the most common stressing factor, it reveals a feeling of loneliness among seniors, satisfaction with living standard and finances. My thesis also discovers ways how seniors face up to stress. The theoretical part is focused on the general issue of old-age and aging and on mental stress among seniors.
