V roce 2008 uskutečněná fúze dvou společností, a to společnosti Raiffeisenbank, a.s. a společnosti eBanka, a.s. – společnosti s rozdílnými firemními kulturami a metodami řízení lidských zdrojů, významnou měrou ovlivnila výběr tohoto tématu. There was a merge of two companies Raiffeisenbank a.s. and eBanka a.s. – Companies in year 2008. Companies had completely different company cultures and they also used different methodologies for people management. This fact has significantly influenced choice of this theme.
