Táto diplomová práca analyzuje a porovnáva požiadavky na obsah a zverejnenie výročných správ podľa smernice 2013/34/EÚ a predpisov Českej republiky, Slovenskej republiky a Nemeckej spolkovej republiky. Prvé tri kapitoly obsahujú teoretické východiská problematiky, analýzu relevantných právnych predpisov vybraných krajín a ich vzájomné porovnanie.
