Cytogenetické aberace jsou významným diagnostickým i prognostickým ukazatelem u různých tumorů. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo detekovat a analyzovat výskyt chromozomových abnormalit u 56 pacientů KDO FN Brno, kteří onemocněli neuroblastomem. Abstract:
Cytogenetic aberrations are important for diagnosis and prognosis of different tumors. The aim of this thesis was to detect and analyse chromosomal aberrations in 56 patients from KDO FN Brno who suffered from neuroblastoma.
