Abstract:
Diplomová práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na charakteristiku včelích produktů, jejichž využití má velice dlouhou tradici. Praktická část je zaměřena na mateří kašičku a včelí pyl. Nutriční hodnota mateří kašičky a včelího pylu je vysoká díky velkému obsahu bílkovin a bohatým zastoupením esenciálních aminokyselin a řady bioaktivních látek. The theoretical part of this Dissertation is focused on the characterization of bee products, whose use has a very long tradition. The practical part is focused on royal jelly and bee pollen. Nutritional value of royal jelly and bee pollen is high because of high contents of protein and rich representation of essential amino acids and a number of bioactive substances.
