Práce předkládá rozbor zákonů o zbraních a střelivu v České a Slovenské republice. Tato analýza je provedena od dob minulých, kdy obě republiky ještě tvořily jeden stát a byla tak jednotná právní úprava, až po současnost, kdy si každý z uvedených států upravuje problematiku zbraní a střeliva svou vlastní cestou. Abstract:
The thesis presents an analysis of the laws on weapons and ammunition in the Czech and Slovak Republics. This analysis is carried out from the past, when the two republics were still one state and thus there was a unified legal regulation, to the present, when each of these states regulates the issue of weapons and ammunition in its own way.
