Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na právo na vlastnictví a jeho ochranu. V teoretické části práce je uvedena historie vlastnictví a držby, vymezení základních informací a pojmů, vysvětlení oprávněné a neoprávněné držby, ochrana vlastnického práva, neoprávněné zásahy do práv vlastníka a poplachové přenosové systémy.
