Diplomová práce se zabývá prohlašováním věcí za kulturní památky dle stávající právní úpravy. Analyzuje ji, upozorňuje na nedostatky, které v praxi vyvstávají, a v některých případech navrhuje možná řešení. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. The diploma thesis deals with the declaring objects as the cultural monuments according to the current legislation in the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into five main parts; the first one is the introduction, the second part is devoted to the monument preservation.
