Financing of the Particular Middle-scall and Small-scall enterprise

Abstract:

V teoreticko-metodologické části se zabývám problematikou malého a středního podnikání v EU a v ČR. Uvádím rozdělení MSP. Definuji podmínky podnikání v autodopravě s vozy do 3,5 tuny a Koncesované dopravy s vozidly nad 3,5 tuny. Zaměřuji se na podmínky pro získání koncese, kterými jsou odborná a finanční způsobilost autodopravců. Zmiňuji se o rizikovosti MSP. U financování autodopravy jsem se zaměřil na mýtný systém v ČR a platbu silniční daně. Problematika pohledávek v době ekonomické recese, patří ke každodenním starostem, proto se s ní zabývám. V aplikační části studuji úvěrové instrumenty v malé autodopravě mého otce. Firma používá tři druhy financování, kontokorent, provozní úvěr a leasing. Zaměřil jsem se na vyhodnocení používaných technik z pěti pohledů. Tyto pohledy jsou jednání s bankou, smluvním dokumenty, třetím pohledem je čerpání úvěru, dále zajištění úvěrů a splacení úvěrů. V závěru této práce provádím srovnání těchto technik.

Abstract:

In the theoretical - methodological part, I pursue the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech republic and in the European union. I mention of SMEs. I defines entrepreneurial conditions in road transport with vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and licensed to transport vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. I focus on the conditions for obtaining concessions, which are technical and financial capacity of road hauliers. I mention the risk SMEs. From financial point of view of motor transport i focused on the toll system in the CR and the payment of road tax. The issue of claims in the time of economic recession is the everyday concerns and thus i deal. In practical part I evaluate credit instruments in a small road transport of my father. The company uses three types of loans, overdraft, operation credit and leasing. I focused on the evaluation of the techniques of the five perspectives. These views are negotiations with the bank, contract documents, third view is the loan drawdown, the loan guarantee, and paying off the loan. In conclusion, I perform comparison of these techniques.
