Práce se zabývá vnímáním sociální opory v období starší dospělosti. Teoretická část přibližuje druhy sociální opory a její působení na člověka. V další části se práce věnuje období starší dospělosti, změnám, kterými jednotlivec v tomto období prochází a náročným životním situacím, s kterými se v tomto období setkává. This work deals with the perception of the social support of the people during their elder age. The theoretical part contains types of the social support and its influence on a person. The other section of the thesis is dedicated to the elders, changes which are related to this age and life difficulties which are elders experiencing.
