Cieľom práce je uviesť manažérske funkcie a zistiť na konkrétnych aplikáciách stav krízového riadenia a pohľad zamestnancov na takýto typ riadenia. Práca pozostáva zo štyroch kapitol. V prvej kapitole je teoreticky vymedzený pojem manažment, kríza v podnikoch a jej riadenie a tiež proces strategického riadenia podniku.
