Diplomová práca sa zaoberá komunikáciou v podniku v súvislosti s náborovým procesom. Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať komunikáciu v rámci franchisy McDonald´s voči materskej spoločnosti v súvislosti s náborovým procesom.
