Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá molekulární charakterizací genomu 28 klinických kmenů MRSA z nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem. U těchto kmenů byl stanovem PFGE profil, obsah profágů a obsah vybraných genů pro faktory virulence a rezistenci na antibiotika. Dále byl určen typ kazety SCCmec, spa typ, typ ERIC-2 a IEC. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to perform molecular characterization of a set of 28 clinical MRSA strains isolated in hospital in Ústí nad Labem. We determined PFGE profile, prophage content and virulence and resistance genes content. We also analyzed SCCmec type, spa type, ERIC-2 type and IEC type.
