Struktura proteinu Rv3782 byla predikována programy, které k modelování používají strukturní homologii, Phyre a SWISS-MODEL. Program Phyre pro svůj nejpravděpodobnější model jako matrici vybral B řetězec proteinu pravděpodobné glykosyltranferasy z Bacteroides fragilis BF2801 (PDB ID 3BCV). Abstract:
A structure of the protein Rv3782 was predicted by programes, which use a structural homology to make models, Phyre and SWISS-MODEL. The program Phyre chose for its most likely model the chain B of a the protein putative glycosyltranferase from Bacteroides fragilis (PDB ID 3BCV) as a template.
