The detection of Bordetella pertussis in the clinical material by the method of PCR
Abstract:
Bordetella pertussis je původcem černého kašle - pertuse. I přes zavedené očkování se onemocnění vyskytuje i v dnešní době, jak u dospělých pacientů, tak i u dětí. Průkaz etiologického agens spočívá v přímém průkazu (kultivace, molekulárně biologické metody) i v nepřímém průkazu (detekce protilátek). V práci bude zhodnocen přínos metody PCR (polymerázová řetězová reakce) ke klinické diagnostice.
Abstract:
Bordetella pertussis is the cause of whooping cough. Despite the introduction of vaccination, the disease occurs even today, both in adults and in children. Etiologic agent is directly detected by (cultivation, molecular biological methods) and even by indirect detection (detection antibody). The work will be assessed the benefits of PCR (polymerase chain reaction) to clinical diagnosis.
