Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvázáním pracovního poměru z důvodu organizačních změn na straně zaměstnavatele, přičemž se zaměřuje na jednotlivé předpoklady pro platné použití těchto důvodů ve výpovědi. Rovněž je rozebíráno rozvázání pracovního poměru dohodou mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnancem. The thesis deals with the termination of an employment relationship reasoned by organizational changes at an employer´s side, focusing on the individual prerequisites for the valid application of these reasons in the dismissal.
