Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán ekofarmy a zjistit rentabilitu projektu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na fázi přípravy tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Pojednává o tom, co by měl podnikatel znát ještě než začne plán tvořit. Praktická část obsahuje kapitoly zhruba odpovídající struktuře podnikatelského plánu. Tato část se zaměřuje na popis podnikatelské příležitosti, na analýzu trhu a finanční plán. Příležitost je popisována z hlediska lokalizace, struktury produktu, z technicko-technologické stránky a z hlediska využití prodejních cest. Obsahem analýzy trhu je určení produktu, spotřebitelů, situace na místním trhu a konkurence. Dále je součástí práce SWOT analýza a analýza rizika, na které je třeba reagovat omezujícími opatřeními. Z těchto analýz pak vyplývají závěry pro strategii podniku a posilování konkurenceschopnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to build a business plan of organic farm and determine the profitability of the project. The theoretical part is aimed at development stage business plan creation, discusses what an entrepreneur should know before he starts forming a plan. The practical part contains chapters corresponding to the structure of the business plan. This section focuses on describing business opportunities, market analysis and financial plan. The opportunity is described in terms of localization, the structure of the product, from technical-technological point of view pages and use of sales channels. Content analysis is to determine the product market, consumers, the situation in the local market and competition. Further work is part of the SWOT analysis and risk analysis, which is necessary to react or eliminates restrictive measures. From the analysis of the resulting conclusions for strategy and business strategy of enhancing competitiveness.
