Abstract:
Lidské indukované pluripotentní kmenové buňky (hiPSCs) mohou být v laboratoři vytvořeny z buněk tkání dospělého jedince. Zároveň mohou být diferencovány do zvoleného buněčného typu. Díky tomu mají velký potenciál pro využití ve výzkumu i v klinické praxi. Pro jejich využití je ovšem důležité, aby byla zachována integrita jejich genomu. Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) can be induced from tissues of an adult. They can also be differentiated into chosen cell type.
