Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou opatření obecné povahy. Nejprve se práce věnuje tomuto smíšenému správnímu aktu a jeho teoretickému vymezení. This thesis deals with the measure of general nature. At first it is dedicated to this mixed administrative act and its theoretical definition. Then the thesis focus on the administrative act as an instrument for regulating social relations.
