Diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností podniku (CSR). V teoretické části jsou nejdříve vysvětleny základní pojmy od managementu přes manažerskou etiku až po firemní kulturu. Větší pozornost je věnována charakteristice společenské odpovědnosti, jejímu vývoji, teoretickým přístupům a standardům. Zmíněno je též postavení CSR v mezinárodním kontextu. This dissertation deals with social responsibility of a company (CSR). Basic concepts are maked clear in the theoretic part from management over management ethics and at the end culture of company.
