Práca sa zaoberá analýzou firemnej kultúry na softwarovom oddelení IBM ČR a vzťahom medzi osobnými a firemnými hodnotami. Teoretická časť obsahuje definície pojmu firemná kultúra a Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) z pohľadu rôznych autorov.
