Safety Aspects of Transport Services in the health Sector

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce prezentuje formou literární rešerše problematiku bezpečnost-ních aspektů dopravní služby ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii první pomoci, vývoj dopravní služby ve zdravotnictví, zdravotnickou záchrannou službou, v rámci Záchranného integrovaného systému. V teoretické části jsou taktéž uvedeny zá-kladní pojmy a definice, práva a povinnosti členů výjezdových skupin. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění stavu bezpečnosti Zdravotní záchranné služby Jiho-moravského a Zlínského kraje pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření a vedených strukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěrečným výstupem jsou zodpovězené výzkumné otázky a vlastní návrh na řešení daného problému.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis presents in the form of literary research the issue of safety aspects of transport services in health care. The theoretical part focuses on the history of first aid, the development of transport services in the health service, the medical rescue service, as part of the Integrated Rescue System. In the theoretical part are also given basic terms and definitions, rights and obligations of members of exit groups. The practical part is focused on the state of safety of the Health Emergency Service of the South Moravian and Zlín Region using a quantitative questionnaire survey and structured interviews. The final output is the answer to the research questions and the proposal to sol-ve the problem.
