Abstract:
Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů vztahujících se k tématu práce, jako jsou duševní zdraví, duševní hygiena a supervize. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou prezentovány ptůběh a výsledky výzkumného šetření. V rámci výzkumné sondy byla aplikována explorační metoda výzkumu - dotazník. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on explanation of concepts related to the topic of work, such as mental health, mental hygiene and supervision. In the practical part of the thesis presents the progress and results of the research. In terms of research probe method was applied exploratory research - questionnaire.
