Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení stávající strategie s využitím interních a externích strategických analýz, a to včetně návrhu na její inovaci. Subject of the thesis is the evaluation of the existing strategy by analyzing internal and external environment of strategic management, including a proposal for its innovation.
