Bakalářská práce se po krátkém obeznámení s historií zaměřuje na nejnovější trendy v gastronomii, mezi které také patří zážitková gastronomie. Dále je zde zmíněn stále oblíbenější kulinářský turismus, na čemž mají zásluhu i významné osobnosti z oblasti gastronomie. Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis has focused on the newest trends in gastronomy after a short familiarisati-on with the history which also includes gastronomical experiences. Furthermore there is mentioned increasingly popular culinary tourism of which has due to celebrities from the field of gastronomy.
