Bakalářská práce se tematicky věnuje fenoménu mariánské úcty a poutního místa Skoky u Žlutic. Cílem práce je předložit ucelený a bádání odpovídající pohled na vývoj a význam v lokálním rozměru důležitého poutního místa Skoky u Žlutic a v širším kontextu formování a rozvoji mariánské úcty spojené s tímto místem i západočeským regionem.
