Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kvality poskytovaných služeb v hotelu Horal. Cílem práce je důkladně analyzovat a následně zhodnotit úroveň stávajících služeb. V teoretické části práce je apelováno na správné vymezení všech stěžejních pojmů, jako cestovní ruch, marketing cestovního ruchu, hotelnictví, hotelové služby a analytické metody, jež jsou použité v práci. The diploma thesis deals with a topic of quality of services provided by the hotel Horal. The aim of my work is to carry out a detailed analysis and evaluate the level of current services. The theoretical part of the thesis determines the fundamental keywords and terms such as tourism, tourism marketing, service, hotel industry, hotel services and analytic methods that are used in the thesis.
