Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá záväzkovými vzťahmi medzi obchodnou spoločnosťou a jej spoločníkmi. Práca je členená na tri hlavné kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sú riešené obchodné spoločnosti z právneho hľadiska. Rieši sa tu história spoločností, ich členenie a organizačná štruktúra.
