Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik vybraného developerského projektu. Na základě širších souvislostí a srovnání s ekonomickou recesí z roku 2008 upozorňuje a identifikuje možná rizika, která by mohla mít dopady na realizaci projektu a navrhuje možnosti jejich eliminace. The diploma thesis deals with risk management of a selected development project. Based on the broader context and comparison with the economic recession of 2008, it draws attention to and identifies possible risks that could have an impact on the implementation of the project and suggests ways to eliminate them.
