Schopenhauer and Nietzsche's misogyny: gender stereotypes in the minds of the 19th Century v. today's look

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje ve své teoretické části na studium významných děl filozofů Schopenhauera a Nietzscheho, dále na literaturu postihující feminismus a genderové stereotypy a rovněž se zaměřuje na poznatky evoluční psychologie. V analytické části se snaží hledat souvislosti mezi feministickým hnutím a společným soužitím mužů a žen, vlivem feminismu na porodnost. Pozornost věnuje postavení žen v historii a konfrontuje minulost se současností. Výsledkem je verifikace, resp. falzifikace v úvodu stanovených hypotéz.

Abstract:

This work focuses in part on their theoretical study of significant works of philosophers Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, as well as the literature involving feminism and gender stereotypes, and also focuses on the findings of evolutionary psychology. The analytical part is trying to find connections between the feminist movement and the co-existence of men and women, the influence of feminism on the birth rate. The attention paid to the situation of women in history and confronts the past and present. As a result of verification, respectively falsification of hypotheses in the introduction.
