Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť ucelenejší pohľad na informačný systém určený pre výučbu a ďalšie vzdelávanie zamestnancov. Odôvodniť potrebu jeho zavedenia do informačného systému podniku, ktorého hlavným poslaním je podpora a pomoc pri dosiahnutí plánovaných cieľov podniku.
