Multiformní glioblastom je zhoubný nádor mozku s velmi špatnou prognózou. K jeho agresivitě výrazně přispívá efekt transformujícího růstového faktoru beta (TGF-β), který je produkovaný nádorovými buňkami. Cílem této práce bylo charakterizovat vliv TGF-β na glioblastomové buněčné linie A172, U87MG a T98G. Abstract:
Glioblastoma multiforme is malignant brain tumor with very poor prognosis. Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), which is produced by tumor cells, contributes considerably to its aggressivity. The aim of this study was to characterize the effect of TGF-β on glioblastoma cell lines A172, U87MG and T98G.
