Abstract:
This Ph.D. thesis deals with study of spectroscopic properties in Ga-Ge-Sb(As)-S: Er3+(/Nd3+) chalcogenide phosphors. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. In first chapter, the study is focused on spectroscopic and thermal properties of (Ge25Ga10.xSbxS65)99.5Er0.5 phosphors, where x = 0.5.5.0 at%, with respect to their chemical composition and structure.
