Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je analýza činnosti jednotlivých externých kontrolných orgánov pôsobiacich v rámci hotelierstva a gastronómie, identifikovať ich chyby a nedostatky a následne navrhnúť nápravné opatrenie.
