Job satisfaction in a selected organization operating in the cosmetics industry

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bude analyzovat pracovní spokojenost ve vybrané společnosti a analyzovat aktuální vliv vnitřních a vnějších faktorů působících na spokojenost jejich zaměstnanců. V rámci literární rešerše budou popsány základní pojmy související s pracovní spokojeností, vymezení vztahu mezi pracovní spokojeností a motivací, postoji a výkonem, významné teorie zabývající se pracovní spokojeností, dopady a faktory ovlivňující pracovní spokojenost a metody měření pracovní spokojenosti. Analytická práce bude zaměřena na charakteristiku vybrané společnosti a analýzu pracovní spokojenosti cílenou na celkovou míru pracovní spokojenosti, míru pracovní spokojenosti ve vztahu s vnitřními a vnějšími faktory a analýzu pracovní spokojenosti z hlediska vzdělání, věkových skupin a potřeb, zájmů a očekávání na pracovišti. Návrhová část bude zahrnovat na základě provedené analýzy, provedeného dotazníkového šetření a individuálních hloubkových rozhovorů doporučení týkající se zlepšení pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané organizaci.

Abstract:

The main goal of the thesis will be to analyze job satisfaction in the selected company and to analyze the current influence of internal and external factors affecting the satisfaction of their employees. As part of the literature review, basic terms related to job satisfaction, definition of the relationship between job satisfaction and motivation, attitudes and performance, important theories dealing with job satisfaction, impacts and factors influencing job satisfaction and methods of measuring job satisfaction will be described. The analytical work will be focused on the characteristics of the selected company and the analysis of job satisfaction aimed at the overall level of job satisfaction, the level of job satisfaction in relation to internal and external factors and the analysis of job satisfaction from the point of view of education, age groups and needs, interests and expectations in the workplace. The design part will include, based on the analysis carried out, the questionnaire survey carried out and individual in-depth interviews regarding the improvement of job satisfaction in the selected organization.
