Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců je součástí personálních procesů podniku. Tyto procesy jsou popsány první části a to teoretické. Dále se zabývá konkrétním podnikem a následnému aplikování personálních procesů v daném podniku. This Bachelor thesis is focused on recruiting and selecting employees in a certain organization. Recruiting and selecting employees are part of personal processes at the company.
