Cílem této práce je přiblížit téma interkulturálních vztahů na pracovišti s aplikací na české podmínky. V teoretické části práce je vyložen pojem globalizace a jeho souvislost s kulturou a obchodem. The aim of this thesis is to explain the theme of intercultural relations in the conditions of working environment in the Czech Republic.
