Quadriparetic form of cerebral palsy in childhood - casuistic study with a focus on a school regime

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice dětské mozkové obrny, je zaměřena na kvadruparetickou formu tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část podává obecné informace o dětské mozkové obrně, rizikových faktorech jejího vzniku a diagnostice. Dále jsou zde popsány formy DMO a klinické projevy. V posledních dvou kapitolách popisuji léčbu, jejíž součástí je rehabilitace, která je velmi důležitou částí komplexní péče o děti s tímto postižením. V praktické části se zaměřuji na školní režim u holčičky, která má kvadruparetickou formu DMO. Je zde popis a charakteristika školy, kterou navštěvuje a přiblížení průběhu školního dne.

Abstract:

This bachelor work engages in the theme of cerebral palsy in childern. It is intent on the quadriparetic form of this disease. The theoretical part gives general information about cerebral palsy in children, hazard factors and the diagnostics. There are aslo forms and clinical manifestations described. In last two chapters I describe the treatment and rehabilitation which is very important part of the complex care about children who have cerebral palsy. The practical part is intent on the school regime of a girl who has the quadriparetic form of cerebral palsy in children. There is a description and a characteristics of the school she attends. There also is a closeness of the process of a school day.
