Abstract:

Má diplomová práce se zabývá tématem finančního plánování v organizacích sociální práce. V současné době je toto téma velmi aktuální a důležité, protože bez finančních prostředků nemůže být zajištěn chod organizace, zvlášť neziskové, která není založena za účelem zisku, ale za účelem společenského prospěchu a aktivního řešení sociálních problémů občanů ve svém okolí. Diplomová práce má dvě části, teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části popisuji neziskový sektor a finanční management s ním spojený. Na teoretickou část navazuje část výzkumná, kde zjišťuji aktuální situaci v oblasti finančního plánování v konkrétních neziskových organizacích, které se zabývají sociální prací. Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit, jaká je aktuální situace v oblasti finančního plánování v organizacích sociální práce.

Abstract:

My thesis deals with the theme of financial planning in the organizations of social work. Currently, this theme is very timely and important, because without funds can be secured operation of the organization, especially a non-profit, not for profit, but for the purpose of social welfare and active citizens solve social problems in their neighborhood. This thesis has two parts, theory and research. In the theoretical section of the nonprofit sector and financial management associated with it. The theoretical part is followed by a research part, where I find the current situation in financial planning in specific charities that deal with social work. The aim of my thesis is find out what is the current situation in financial planning in the organizations of social work.
