Teoretické srovnání daňového systému v České republice a Holandsku v oblasti daně z příjmů. Analýza nejvýhodnější situace pro rozhodování v počátku podnikání v obou zemích pro fyzickou i pro právnickou osobu.

The teoretical confrontation between the Czech Republic and Dutch income tax system. The analysis of the optimal decision making for start-up companies for both self-employed individual and legal entinity.
